• Fleet data: Vehicle registration details, vehicle type, license plate numbers, and maintenance records.
• Driver data: Driver names, license information, trip assignments, and trip history.
• Location data: GPS coordinates of vehicles during active trips, used for live fleet tracking.
• Operational data: Fuel logs, maintenance records, waybills, and document uploads.
• Payment data: Invoice and payment records. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction logs collected automatically to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Truc-King platform for your account type.
• To enable fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, fuel monitoring, and document management.
• To send notifications about service deadlines, vehicle compliance, and platform updates.
• To process trip assignments and facilitate communication between fleet owners, drivers, and customers.
• To generate invoices and manage payment records.

• Within the platform: Fleet owners see their own vehicles and drivers. Customers see their own shipments. Drivers see their own assigned trips.
• Service providers: Third-party infrastructure providers bound to process data only on our instructions.
• Regulatory authorities: Disclosure to comply with legal obligations or authorized government requests.
• Business transfers: Data may transfer in a merger or acquisition, subject to the same privacy protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Fleet operational data is retained for a minimum of five years to comply with KSA commercial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
