1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Truc-King platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lahdatech, the operator of Truc-King. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Truc-King enables fleet owners to manage vehicles, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and compliance; drivers to receive trip assignments and log activity; and customers to book freight shipments and manage payment. Truc-King is a software platform only — we do not own or operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide freight transportation directly.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain account security, notify us immediately of unauthorized access, and not share credentials with third parties. Fleet owner accounts are activated manually. Driver accounts are created by invitation. Customer accounts may be self-registered.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to facilitate illegal activity, upload false information, access unauthorized accounts or systems, reverse engineer the platform, impair platform performance, or scrape data without written permission.

5. Fleet Owner Responsibilities

Fleet owners are responsible for ensuring all vehicles hold valid registration, insurance, and operating cards as required by KSA law. The legal obligation rests entirely with the fleet owner. Fleet owners are also responsible for ensuring drivers hold valid licenses for assigned vehicles.

6. Bookings and Freight Agreements

When a customer books a shipment and a fleet owner accepts, a freight agreement forms directly between them. Truc-King facilitates but is not a party to this agreement and accepts no liability for performance, timing, condition of goods, or any other aspect of the freight arrangement.

7. Payments

Payments between customers and fleet owners are settled directly — Truc-King does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. Subscription fees are charged in Saudi Riyals and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Truc-King platform are owned by Lahdatech. Data you upload remains yours; you grant Lahdatech a limited license to store and process it to provide the platform services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lahdatech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or reasons outside our control.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@truc-king.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk for Lahdatech or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, KSA.
